What Teachers and Students Are Saying
Clay for Kids came to my grade 2 classroom to make Inukshuks with them. The students were given clear instructions every step of the way and they all came up with beautiful, unique works of art. Clay for Kids took care of firing the clay and returning it to the school when it was ready. The kids are proud of what they have created and I am thankful I could give them this opportunity (all without leaving school). The cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this program.

Thank you very much for coming in to make the beautiful insects on a leaf. My Grade Twos really enjoyed the afternoon.

Thank you for coming to our school and teaching us how to make Iroquois Spirit Masks.
- Mr. Campbell and class, St. Philip
Clay for kids was superb, the project really connected with the children, the timing was amazing, the organization of the actual hands on part was terrific. I have never had an event go so great.
- Cathy Abernethy, Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization of Alberta
The Kindergarten children loved learning about and working with Clay for Kids. They were thrilled to use their hands to create clay angel plaques for their parents for Christmas.
- Karie Holt, teacher, Daly Grove School
Thank you for coming to Roland Michener School and the great opportunity you gave our grade 1/2's. It was another dimension to their artistic growth and appreciation.
- Gillian Hopkins, teacher
It was probably the most fun our class has had this year. It was a blast. I personally really enjoyed it and I think everyone else did to. I hope you come again soon to make some more clay sculptures or items.
- Robbie, grade 6 student
We had our entire student enrolment participate in Clay for Kids projects. There have been many positive comments about both the instruction and the enthusiasm of our children.
